Photography Services

Shannon Shuck Photography offers in-person photography session services, including but not limited to: family sessions, senior portraits, milestone sessions, maternity photography, and branding and headshot sessions.

Session bookings, pricing, and service details described on this website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Confirmed session bookings are governed by the terms communicated at the time of booking, including any signed contracts or agreements between You and Company.

Digital images delivered to clients following a session are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may not resell, license, or otherwise distribute session images to third parties without the express written permission of Company.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation

A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve Your session date. The retainer is applied toward Your total session balance, with the remaining balance due on the day of Your session. By paying the retainer fee, You confirm You have read and agree to the booking and cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to Your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of the retainer. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable; however, the retainer may be applied toward a rescheduled session at Company's discretion.

Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to adverse weather conditions, illness, or other circumstances outside of Company's reasonable control. In such cases, You will be offered the first available alternative date at no additional charge.

Pricing, packages, and any promotional offers displayed on this website are subject to change without notice. Discounts and promotional pricing will not be retroactively applied to confirmed bookings.

Your Communications

Any communications made through Our contact forms, social media, newsletter, or directly via phone, text, or email are not held privileged or confidential and are subject to viewing by third parties as permitted by applicable law. Venue & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, including all matters of construction, validity, performance, and enforcement, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions that is not first resolved by arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Douglas County, Colorado. Each party shall be responsible for their own collection costs and legal fees incurred in connection with any enforcement action.

Arbitration

Any dispute or disagreement arising between Company and You out of or related to these Terms and Conditions upon which an amicable resolution cannot be reached shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties agree to be bound by the decision of the arbitrator(s). Arbitration proceedings shall take place in Douglas County, Colorado. The costs and expenses of the arbitrators shall be shared equally by the parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in presenting the dispute for arbitration.
